Homeowners have the Responsibility
- Read and comply with all governing documents of the HOA.
- Maintain their property according to established standards of the HOA and its committees.
- Treat association leaders honestly and with respect.
- Vote in applicable community elections.
- Pay association assessments and charges on time.
- Contact HOA leaders to discuss financial payment arrangements.
- Request reconsideration of material decisions that personally affect them.
- Provide current contact data to HOA leaders to ensure they receive information from the HOA.
- Ensure that those who reside on their property (e.g. tenants, relatives, friends) adhere to applicable policies.
